MEET MISS GINGER

Miss Ginger Curren is our beautiful Burmese Python who was born in September of 2013. Burmese Pythons are the 3rd largest species of snakes in the world, second to the Anaconda! She is over 8 feet long! She is a true gentle giant.

Miss Ginger has the special distinction of being specifically trained to work with autistic children, and children who may have other developmental heath concerns, both physical and mental. As such, she is non-reactive to sudden movements, loud noises or yelling, touching, hugging...and even kisses! She has worked with well over 500,000 children in schools, churches, hospitals, and video visits for critical care.

When Miss Ginger is not working she enjoys long slithers on the beach, collecting scrunchies, music, movies, and painting. She makes her paintings with her tail and gives them away to special children as her little way of reminding them that she loves them.
